ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using Bae Go, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Bae Go is a mobile application that allows users to:
- Generate AI-created images of virtual characters
- Participate in voting competitions (Arena)
- Manage their account and credits

USER ACCOUNTS

- You must sign in with Apple ID to use our service
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use our service

CREDITS AND PAYMENTS

- Credits are required to generate images
- All credit purchases are final and non-refundable
- Credit prices are subject to change

PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our service to:
- Generate inappropriate or offensive content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse engineer our AI models
- Share or distribute generated content for commercial purposes without permission

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

- You retain rights to images you generate using our service
- Our app, AI models, and related technology remain our property
- You grant us a license to use generated content for service improvement

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Bae Go shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms.
